I decided I should finally use this journal once in a while.

Anyways: Straight to business.

This conversation came up at AAC this weekend. There are people who do cosplay comissions, wig comissions, prop comissions. But I know there are people who still like to do everything themselves but have limited experience when it comes to patterns and modding them.

As such, I am doing cosplay pattern comissions.

How this is going to work is that you would contact me and send me a picture of the outfit you wanted to do, (as many reference pictures as possible), then I would ask for specific measurements for you to send me as well as your address. Then I will draft the pattern and mail it to you. These patterns will be made to fit the person who's measurements I was given.

What you would expect to get in the mail are a packet of pattern pieces and a sheet of instructions on assembling the costume as well as how much material and what trims and closures you will need.

Patterns will be roughly $20 (or cheaper depending on the complexity of the outfit.) Considering that they take lots of paper and several hours of work on each.
